Home Study
Choice Adoptions offers home studies in Oregon and Washington. We’ll help you get the documentation you need to proceed with your adoption. Our number one priority is getting local children into loving homes.

A home study is a thorough evaluation process to determine if a family is suitable to adopt a child. It involves interviews, home visits, background checks, a home safety assessments and evaluations of the family's emotional, financial, and physical capabilities. The requirements and process for home studies can vary slightly between Oregon and Washington, but the overall goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the child.

Choice Adoptions has been licensed to conduct home studies for xx years. Our staff of social workers and clinicians are highly skilled in working with families of all backgrounds.
Choice Adoptions is contracted to complete the home study and post placement supervision. The adopting family needs to engage an adoption attorney or another placement agency. After placement, we provide supervision and post placement reporting.
Choice Adoptions is dedicated to providing high quality professional services in an expedited manner. Social workers are able to begin your study as soon as paperwork is approved, and fees are paid.
